Fall Festival 2021

Crossroads Church is hosting a Community Fall Festival, October 23rd from 5-7:00 PM at 2769 E. Combs Rd, San Tan Valley.  This is a community event where families are welcome to come and enjoy an evening together filled with food, games, vendors, & a Trunk or Treat.  

Entry is FREE. All are welcome!

Games, Food & raffle  

What's a fun evening out with the family if you don't have games and food?  Not very fun.  That's for sure.  So during the event there will be food and games for a minimal cost.   Each game will be 1 ticket to play.  

Tickets & food can be purchased during the event.  Cash only.   


Games

  3 tickets - $1

10 tickets - $3

Unlimited Wristband - $5 or

4 Unlimited Wristband - $15


Food

Combo Meals - $2

Soda/Water - $1

Hot dog - $1

Popcorn/Chips - .50 cents


Raffle Tickets

Enter to win a prize from the amazing vendors this evening. Prizes are at least a $25 value.  You can enter as many times as you like. You do not need to present to win.  Winners will be called.

Trunk or treat

& Volunteers

This event won't be possible without you.  Would you like to be part of this fun community event by volunteering to help at a station or provide a Trunk for the treaters? Let us know by signing up.  Participating volunteers will be entered to win a door prize. Trunks will be voted on by the community for the Best Trunk award.

vendors NEEDED

Do you have a business and would like to be a vendor at the Fall Festival? 

We would love to help support your business!  

Crossroads will supply a 10x10 space.  You must provide your own table, chairs, display booth.  Only 1 vendor per booth.  If you need a space bigger than 10x10, you'll need to pay for 2 spaces.  Set up will begin at 3:30PM.  You must set up and be ready by 4:30PM. Clean up/Tear down begins at 7:00PM, when your event is over.  Booths are $20 BEFORE Oct 9th or $30 AFTER Oct 9th.  Only 1 vendor per company will be accepted. Vendors are asked to bring a Raffle Basket item.  This basket should be at least a $25 value.  All vendors must be paid prior to the day of the event.  Crossroads will not be held liable or responsible fro any loss that may occur during this event.
